Meet Signups

TL:DR

Navigate to "Meet Signups" after logging in to the swimfsa.org website

1. Choose your Athlete and commit to which sessions you will attend
2. Select "Events" and choose your Events
3. Select Messages to share key facts or details about your meet entries
4. Be mindful of "Final Entries" Dates as fees may be charged for changes that take place after these dates

Types of Dates

• Commitment Dates - Meets fill up quickly and it's important that FSA commit to these meets as a team as soon as they open. If you THINK you are going to attend a meet please sign-up no later than the "commitment date" on the Meet Schedule, This date can also be found under "Meet Signups" on the Commit website. It's much easier to remove athletes and/or change events vs adding athletes to a meet. You will NOT be charged any fees at this time.
• Final Entries Dates - This is the next important date for each meet on the Calendar. FSA must finalize our entries by a certain date. This is the last day to commit, or decommit from a Meet. Entries received or changed after this date run the risk of being charged no matter the circumstance. There are a limited number of Meet Directors and attempts to make changes after the Entries Deadline risks our standing with those Meet Directors.
• Meet Dates - These are the dates the meet will take place. FSA will reach out 1-2 weeks in advance with important information and Details.
• You will be invoiced for the events your athlete competes in AFTER the meet takes place.
